OUR FRANCHISE PROCESS
Here’s what you can expect as you inquire and start your franchise journey to owning a Barry’s Cheesesteaks.
INITIAL CONTACT
Inquire using the form on our website and a member of our Franchise Development Team will be in contact with you within a few hours to share more about our investment opportunity.
INTRODUCTORY CALL
After the initial contact we will schedule an Intro Call. We will get an opportunity to know each other and make sure our goals and philosophies align. If they do we will continue in the process.
INITIAL CONTACT
This is our weekly call where you hear from our executives of the franchise group about their vision for the company. We will give you more information and an opportunity to ask direct questions to the executives about anything related to the company.
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
You will submit a Franchise Application that will go over basic information about you, why you should be considered for a franchise, and what your financial qualifications are.
RECEIVE OUR FDD
Assuming everything checks out with your application you will receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This is the primary document that goes over everything related to this investment. You will have at least 2 weeks to review the FDD. This is the time to consult an attorney should you choose to.
DISCOVERY DAY
This is your opportunity to get a chance to meet the Executives in person. You will get to see an operating store, and ask any questions you have. This is also the opportunity to understand who you will be working with 1st hand.
EXECUTIVE TEAM APPROVAL
If the Executive team approves you, you will receive a conditional approval letter and we will take your preferred territory off the market for 2 weeks, giving you a chance to make your final decision.
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Congratulations!
You have said yes to becoming a business owner. You will sign your franchise agreement and pay your initial franchise fees. The real excitement begins now as we help you setup your first location and introduce the concept to your local community.
